The problem

Sound
familiar?

Most small charities manage their entire funding pipeline with no dedicated system — and it costs them opportunities they could have won.

01

Missed a grant deadline because it got buried in your inbox

📬
02

Spent hours searching for funders that might actually fund you

🔍
03

Lost track of which applications you've submitted and which need follow-up

📋
04

Kept all your funding notes in a spreadsheet only you understand

📊
05

Felt overwhelmed trying to manage funding on top of everything else you do

😓

You're not alone. FundBuddy fixes this.

Our story

Why I built FundBuddy

Through my work in the charity, community support, policy, and social impact sectors, I saw how many small organisations do powerful, vital work — and still miss out on funding simply because they don't have the systems to manage it.

The issue is never a lack of passion or impact. It's a lack of time and tools. FundBuddy exists to change that.

The funding database will also be reviewed and refreshed on a rolling three-month basis, so organisations can keep checking back for updated opportunities and clearer funding information.
